About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial planning, reporting, and performance management for a leading social services provider in Germany. You will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, supporting strategic decisions, and driving efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions
• Oversee revenue recognition, client invoicing, and cash flow management
• Monitor contract performance and profitability
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulations

About You

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in an international services environment
• Fluent in German and English
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical and communication skills
