This role combines hands-on responsibility in financial accounting with strategic involvement in controlling and reporting. You'll work in a dynamic, growing company where your contributions directly support decision-making and process improvements. Responsibilities you have

• Independent handling of day-to-day accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, bank transactions) of large scale real estate projects / investments
• Preparation of quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with NL GAAP and review of financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB)
• Support in planning, managing, and controlling budgets as well as liquidity planning
• Preparation of monthly VAT-filings and review of yearly tax declarations
• Further development of controlling processes and key performance indicator systems
• Acting as a point of contact for auditors, tax consultants, and external service providers
• Contributing to the optimization and digitalization of internal accounting processes, implementing process automation

Your skills/ personality

• Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling or a comparable commercial qualification with further training as a certified accountant
• At least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting and/or controlling
• Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, DATEV, SAP, or similar)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and drive
• Strong analytical thinking and high affinity for numbers
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent speaking and writing German and English language skills
