Financial Planner and Analysis Manager (m / w / d)- Parental Leave Cover

Verisure Deutschland is seeking a talented Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support during parental leave from 15th December 2025 to 15th March 2026 (approximate return date). The role reports directly to the Financial Director and is based at the headquarters in Ratingen, Düsseldorf, Germany.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute monthly closing analysis and reporting.
• Oversee FC calculation and ensure accuracy.
• Perform variance analysis across Business Units (vs. BU vs. FC) throughout the month.
• Ensure adherence to internal control processes.
• Lead and manage a team of 2 controllers, 1 FP&A analyst, and 1 data analyst.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis.
• Maintain close collaboration with the accounting team to ensure alignment and efficiency.

The successful candidate should be able to step in seamlessly and ensure continuity during the leave period. It is expected to join 1-2 month closings prior to the leave to understand processes and facilitate a smooth transition.

Qualifications and Profile:

• Previous full-time experience in a similar role (preferably 1-2 years).
• Solid experience with FC calculation and monthly closing analysis.
• Proven financial analysis experience (preferably 4-5 years).
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Strategic, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient or native-level English; German language skills are a plus.
