Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Process Consultant with extensive ERP implementation experience and strong expertise in finance business processes. The consultant will be responsible for engaging with business users, conducting workshops, identifying process gaps, and recommending best practices to enhance efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support ERP implementation projects as a finance functional consultant across platforms such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Infor, or other ERP systems.
• Conduct business user workshops to understand processes, capture requirements, identify pain points, and highlight process gaps.
• Recommend best practices and assist in business process reengineering initiatives.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including playback sessions and process flows, to align stakeholders and ensure clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation and ensure smooth delivery.


Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a Finance Functional Consultant in ERP implementation projects.
• Excellent knowledge of finance and business processes.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Hands-on experience in facilitating workshops and preparing comprehensive documentation.
• Local consultant based in Germany (preferred).


Added Advantage:
• 2–5 years of domain experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Proven track record in Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
