Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

• Coordinate FS activities across all entities, including risk follow-up, findings, recommendations, observations, and control results.
• Contribute to Group reporting and risk assessment in collaboration with the COO Compliance team Germany.
• Support the ABC Correspondent for Germany and PF Austria.
• Assist FS Compliance and Group projects, coordinate stakeholders, and prepare status updates.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments related to Financial Security and support annual risk analysis exercises.
• Align FS procedures and policies across Group and territory levels, ensuring operational integrity.
• Maintain and update internal FS training materials.

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, or related field, or banking apprenticeship with specialization.
• Experience in Financial Security & KYC topics, including AML, anti-terrorism, anti-bribery, sanctions, and embargoes.
• Knowledge of financial security & KYC regulatory environment, especially in Germany.
• Understanding of compliance processes, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and high integrity skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills in German and English.
