Fitter / Structural Mechanic (all genders)

Tasks

• Perform assembly activities on aircraft according to work order, drawings and other technical documents like AMM, IPC, SRM.
• Activities: Sealant, paint and other chemicals application, riveting, drilling, cutting, etc.
• Execute work according to FOD rules, the company's internal procedures and the customer's.
• Visual Inspection: Ensure the job performed meets the requirements and report any issues found on the aircraft or the work area.
• Support the team in any other subject within your competencies (mechanic, structure or electric matters, etc.).

Requirements

• Trained mechanic/sheet metal worker/fitter with a minimum of 2 years experience in the aviation sector.
• Knowledge of aviation security and safety rules related to FOD.
• Experience in activities related to mechanics, hydraulic systems, structures, fuel tanks, air conditioning.
• Ideally has a license for cherry picker and lift machine.
• Familiar with mechanical and structural tools like rivet gun, torque wrench, drilling machine, countersink, backing bar, etc.
• Familiar with the use of technical documentation: work orders, drawings, SOI, etc.
• Open to shift work (early and late) and willing to work on weekends if necessary.
• Good level of English: B1 .
