Overview 
 Would you like to join the MaxMara Düsseldorf Team as Floor Manager? 
 Responsibilities 
  - Achieving personal results and those of the assigned department 
  - Efficiently organising, managing and coordinating the resources assigned to achieve commercial results in coordination with the Store Manager 
  - Contributing to the management of objections and the finalisation of sales if necessary 
  - Guaranteeing that the Sales Manager complies with the department spaces/areas (tidiness, care of the product) 
  - Guaranteeing effective product management in the department 
  - Ensuring that the level of reception in the department complies with company standards 
  - Evaluating and developing the skills of department personnel 
  - Making sure that one or more department back up is trained and developed in order to guarantee coverage of the role 
  - Informing and training colleagues on the entrusted department collection/product in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Visual Manger 
  - Working together with the Management Team (Operation Manager, Store Manager e Sales Manager) in order to achieve the best results for the store 
  - Guaranteeing that the image of the department Sales Managers is in line with company standards 
  - Ensuring compliance with company standards, procedures and rules of conduct 
  - Being familiar and complying with safety regulations and taking action if necessary 
  - Encouraging participation in on-the-job training through proactive initiatives, teamwork and digital activities, aimed at facilitating innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of responsibilities 
  - Promoting, adopting and developing the use of digital technologies within the scope of the role, with regard to process management and relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in the business 
  - Adopting meaningful behaviour and promoting operational and cultural actions linked to Sustainable Development, understood as interconnection of practices aimed at caring for the environment, business processes and community organisation 
   
 Qualifications 
  - Have experience of at least 3 years working as Floor Manager/Assistant Store Manager, preferably in a luxury/fashion field 
  - Are an excellent communicator 
  - Lead by example 
  - Are customer oriented and provide a wonderful customer experience in store 
  - Are a goal oriented 
  - Are passionate about fashion and have a good understanding of fashion brands 
  - Are proficient with the digital tools in store 
  - Are a problem solver with strong organizational and follow-up skills 
  - Have good knowledge of German and English
