About the role:

This is a high-impact, foundational role in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. As one of our first engineers, you are not just building features, you are the architect of our entire user experience.

Your mission is to transform our complex AI capabilities into an intuitive, engaging platform that our customers see and interact with every day. You will:

• Design, build, and own our core user-facing web and mobile application, including its real-time simulation interface for video, audio, and chat.
• Create visually engaging, interactive interfaces with a focus on UX/UI design, gamification, and data visualization.
• Collaborate closely with AI and backend engineers to integrate complex systems into a smooth, magical user experience.
• Lead the design and development of user flows, prototyping, and interactive features from concept to production
• Own the end-to-end front-end feature lifecycle, shipping updates rapidly and iterating based on user feedback
• Ensure consistency across devices, platforms, and responsive layouts, delivering a cohesive product experience.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, preferably in a startup. Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building systems in the cloud are strongly preferred. Proficient with modern frontend technologies (React/Next.js), hands-on experience building real-time interactive user applications is a major plus. Solid UX/UI design skills, with hands-on experience in prototyping, user research, and designing intuitive interfaces. Experience in website and mobile app development, including responsive and adaptive design principles.
