⚡️ Help us build the global category leader in software buying - as our very first hire.
At WRING, we’re reinventing how companies buy software. Today, B2B software purchasing is broken - slow and expensive.
We’re off to a rocket start: In our first month (with no public launch) we closed six figures in revenue, with even more clients already contracted. Now we’re looking for our first hire - a Chief of Staff / Founders’ Associate who will build the backbone of WRING alongside the founder. This isn’t a “support” role. This is the chance to design the foundation of a category-defining company.

Your Mission
The problem: Growth is exploding, but the founder is the bottleneck. We need someone who can take full ownership of operations, automation, and hiring to unlock our next growth curve.
Your ownership:
- Build operations → turn chaos into simple, scalable workflows.
- Automate everything → remove repetitive work across sales, ops, and reporting.
- Hire fast → design and run a sharp recruiting process that brings in A-players.

Must-haves
Experience building/scaling ops in a startup, consulting, or venture studio
Proven ability to hire, design processes, and implement tools quickly
Comfort with Zapier and Excel
Bias for action - you move from idea to execution in days, not weeks
Fluent in English and German
