Less than 1% of multi‑family rooftops are used for shared solar (Mieterstrom), leaving millions without affordable, low‑carbon electricity. Voltigo seeks to change that by providing a simple, transparent, and cost‑effective way for individuals—particularly renters—to benefit from solar power without owning a rooftop or property.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced founder, builder or operator capable of taking a company from zero to one.
Unique market insight, top‑tier skills or other advantage that makes you a compelling founder in this space.
Proven ability to build a world‑class team, attract customers and investors.
Evidence of thriving in ambiguous environments and a high aptitude for calculated risk.
Clear vision for the opportunity (product direction) with the drive and expertise to execute.
High IQ & EQ—strong opinions loosely held.
Passion for renewables, especially solar; technical expertise is a plus.
Experience in growth and customer acquisition.
Strong commercial skillset—comfortable with financial forecasting and unit economics.
Hands‑on experience with physical products or services (not just software).
Deep understanding of the German market and fluency in German.
