Founder Associate – AI-first Company

Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid)

Salary: €80-90k

An AI-first company at the intersection of data, technology, and private equity is seeking a Founder Associate to work directly with its leadership team in building, optimising, and scaling the business. Partnering with US-based private equity funds, the company delivers practical, high-impact AI solutions that transform business operations.

This is a unique opportunity for a truly entrepreneurial individual to gain deep, hands-on experience in the AI sector while observing first-hand how a high-growth business is built from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimise core company processes with an AI-first approach (e.g., knowledge management, recruiting, finance, business development)
• Research AI tools, strategies, and technologies
• Support and lead AI projects for US-based private equity funds
• Prepare tailored sales pitches and business development materials for PE clients
• Develop functional prototypes using no-code AI tools

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-growth scale-up (Series A+) or top-tier management consulting
• Aspiration to pursue an entrepreneurial career in the future
• Strong passion for data, technology, and artificial intelligence
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-focused approach
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Highly structured and an excellent communicator
