Founder's Associate (Berlin)

TL;DR Langfuse is looking for a Founder’s Associate (Full‑Time, on‑site in San Francisco or Berlin) to work directly with the three founders—Max, Marc, and Clemens—on the nuts‑and‑bolts of running the company and high‑velocity initiatives that unlock our next stage of growth. You will build processes (hiring, finance, people, reporting) and run “speedboat” projects to set up news processes & push Langfuse’s growth (e.g. segmenting customers, running analyses using our data stack, organizing and hosting invite-only dinners for customers & partners) This role is perfect for an ambitious, hands‑on generalist with a technical bent —you’re likely a recent graduate or early in your career. You blend technical fluency (you can use and demo Langfuse + build small applications) with commercial intuition. Why Founder’s Associate at Langfuse?
