    🚀 (Founding) Customer Success Manager | FinTech | Crypto Compliance

    Our client is a fast-growing RegTech scale-up helping traditional financial institutions onboard digital assets. Their cutting-edge compliance platform enables banks to securely and compliantly integrate crypto into their workflows. As the first Customer Success Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape the entire CS function and have real influence in a mission-driven, product-led environment.

    The Role

    You'll take full ownership of onboarding, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Operations, you'll be the voice of the customer and help shape how clients engage with the platform. No sales quotas – but a strong focus on long-term value, retention, and insight generation.

    What You’ll Do

    • Onboard and support clients as they integrate into compliance workflows
    • Surface customer insights to inform product development
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer value
    • Track and optimize TTFV, adoption, CSAT, and retention
    • Build and scale the CS strategy from the ground up

    Must-haves

    • 3+ years in CS, onboarding, or risk roles in FinTech/RegTech/banking
    • Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and compliance
    • Experience supporting financial institutions
    • Startup mindset – independent, adaptable, and proactive
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Fluent in English


    Nice-to-haves

    • Interest in crypto or blockchain
    • Experience as the first CS hire in a startup
    • French or German language skills
    • Familiarity with Hubspot and CS tooling
    • Background in remote-first environments
