We're building an AI-driven, audio-first health platform that turns complex biometric, behavioral, and wearable data into habit-forming, personalized health coaching. Our mission is to help users truly understand their health data and act on it daily — delivered in an audio-first experience that feels like having a personal health advisor in your ear.

We're looking for a Founding Designer to own design end-to-end and help define our product, brand, and user experience from the ground up. As the first design hire, you'll partner directly with the founders to shape the product, create scalable systems, and build a health experience that's both beautiful and deeply useful. We value strong design sensibility and your ability to elevate our product's branding and user experience over specific industry background or years of experience. This is a rare opportunity to create a new category in audio-driven, AI-powered health – ideal for someone who thrives in zero-to-one environments and cares deeply about every pixel, interaction, and behavior-change moment.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end product design – from initial user research and wireframes to interactive prototypes, polished UI, and production-ready assets.
• Cross-functional collaboration – work closely with engineering and product teams to transform complex health data into clear, actionable user experiences .
• Design systems & brand – establish the product’s design language, components, and style guides that will scale our product and ensure a cohesive, delightful experience.
• User insight integration – incorporate user feedback and behavioral data to refine features and flows, making the experience more intuitive and habit-forming with each iteration.

What We're Looking For

• Experience designing digital products end-to-end – ideally in 0→1 startup environments. You've led products from blank slate to launch and built initial design systems or style guides from scratch to ensure consistency as the product grows.
• Keen design sensibility – a natural talent for visual design and branding that elevates user experiences. (We prioritize this over any specific industry background or years of experience.)
• Exceptional craft and detail orientation – meticulous about every pixel, typography choice, and animation. You ensure a polished feel from visuals to motion.
• Strong systems thinker – able to design cohesive flows for complex problems while defining reusable UI components and patterns for scalability.
• User-centered & curious – you have deep empathy for users and curiosity about how they interact with products. You love exploring user behavior and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Passion for health and behavior change – interest (or curiosity) in longevity, health tech, and designing for behavior change. You're excited to impact how people live healthier lives.
• Bias for action – comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting priorities, and rolling up your sleeves to ship in a fast-moving environment.
• Bonus: Experience in game design or other highly user-centric, engaging digital products – this brings unique insights into creativity and engagement.
