The Company

This Start-Up is backed by the most successful early stage tech fund in Germany, pioneering a new category of Agentic AI , embedding autonomous agents directly into client workflows. Backed by top-tier investors, they’re now hiring their Founding Engineer to help scale client deployments across Germany.

The Role

As a Founding Engineer you’ll work directly with clients to translate business processes into Agentic workflows , deploying and integrating these systems into live environments. Expect to collaborate closely with founders and clients, shaping product direction in a fast-moving, high-impact setting.

The Candidate

• Fluent German speaker, based (or open to relocate) in Munich
• Software engineering background with recent Agentic AI experience
• Strong understanding of application architectures / frontend / UI
• Confident in customer-facing environments
• Excited about a dynamic Start-Up environment
