It will run on decentralized, flexible assets like batteries and intelligent software – delivering power at a fraction of today’s cost. We are installing large-scale batteries at industrial sites and connecting them into a smart network that manages electricity in real time, transforming factories into autonomous energy hubs and turning volatile renewables into dispatchable, low-cost power available 24/7.

What You Can Expect

• Define how we build from day one: tools, architecture, and the foundation of our long-term engineering culture. Start hands-on, grow into technical leadership as the team scales. What you build will directly shape our customers' success – and Co-Power's. Work side by side with our Product Lead and founders.
• Build core products from scratch, from intelligent control of batteries at industrial sites to aggregating many sites into an intelligent network.
• We are a small team that is extremely supportive. We win and lose together, and we trust our colleagues to deliver.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
• Track record of building things that made a real impact on a company’s success. Comfortable using modern tools, including AI-assisted development, to move quickly. Strong in full-stack or backend engineering.
• Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• High-ownership mindset: if something doesn’t exist, you build it.
• Extremely ambitious: you want to be part of something big and shape the future of energy. You want to help create the energy system of the future.
• A meaningful slice of equity in Co-Power, alongside a competitive salary.
