Your Mission – What you’ll do:

• Develop and drive an integrated communications strategy together with the VP People & Culture and CEO.
• Shape a strong, modern narrative that brings our transformation, culture, and employer brand to life.
• Build and manage CEO and leadership communications – from positioning and messaging to executive content across all channels.
• Create and edit audience‑centric stories for internal and external media, ensuring consistent tone and brand alignment.
• Lead strategic communications projects and campaigns, coordinating cross‑functional and international teams.
• Oversee our channel ecosystem

Your Profile – What we’re looking for:

• relevant university degree in Communications/Media/Journalism/PR/Business.
• several years in corporate/executive communications, ideally in international industry.
• Proven CEO branding/executive positioning expertise.
• Excellent storytelling; native level German and strong English.
• Experience across print/digital/social/events; classic and agile PM (Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban).
• Data driven mindset; proficient with reporting, presentation, and CMS tools.
