Description:
We’re looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Manager to support our luxury real estate brand. This is an ongoing freelance contract with consistent work, perfect for someone who can take ownership of social content and community engagement without needing constant direction.


Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing, modern static and video content in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Use Canva (or Figma) and CapCut to design and edit high-quality posts and reels.
• Handle community management: respond to comments, engage with followers, and nurture relationships.
• Proactively come up with content ideas, campaign themes, and growth strategies.
• Track performance and suggest improvements.


Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio or examples required).
• Strong design skills with Canva or Figma, plus video editing ability with CapCut (or similar tools).
• Understanding of luxury branding and creating aspirational content.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-starter mindset — able to generate ideas without needing detailed briefs.
• Bonus: Comfortable in front of the camera for client pitches, etc.
• bonus: Based in Bali (massive plus).
