Job Title: Web Developer

A skilled Web Developer is needed with expertise in front-end web development to design and build a custom GhostBlog website. This remote role requires a strong appreciation for typography, minimalism, negative space, and creative layouts. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual sketches and design references into a visually compelling and user-friendly site, aligning with themes inspired by naubauladen.com, custom typefaces, and design references such as New Utilitarian and Negative Space by Nora Bar. While the site is not intended for high traffic, it will be a key representation of the brand’s aesthetic and identity.


Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and developing custom websites, particularly using Ghost or similar platforms
• Strong UI/UX and graphic design skills, with an eye for creative layouts and minimalist design
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Deep understanding of typography, grid systems, and spatial balance in web design
• Ability to interpret visual references and sketches into polished digital interfaces
• Comfortable working independently with creative direction and collaboration
• Availability for initial project work with potential for follow-up assignments
• Remote work capability with strong communication skills
