Front Office Specialist (m/f/d)

Are you a service-oriented professional with a passion for organization and like to be our welcoming face at the Nuremberg headquarter?
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive person as a parental leave replacement for this onsite position until 31.08.2027. In this multifaceted role, you will be the face of our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting internal teams and external partners alike. Your Tasks

• You will be the first point of contact at our reception desk for our service providers and partners in our building, as well as for the entire team
• You will welcome our guests and answer incoming calls
• You will take care of incoming and outgoing mail and outgoing mail, international parcel shipping, and handle all non-technical purchasing orders
• You will organize trips and assist with the planning and implementation of events.
• You will manage and maintain the company cell phones and contracts and the vehicle fleet
• You will support the back office and finance team in their day-to-day operations

Your Profile

After completing your training in hotel management or in a commercial field, you have already gained several years of relevant professional experience at the front office/reception desk. reception
You have strong organizational skills and enjoy working with people
Your friendly and helpful nature is contagious and helps you quickly connect with others
You are fluent in German and also feel confident to communicate in English
You and are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
You are highly independent, flexible, and reliable
