About the Role:
FRONTEND DEVELOPER (REACT / NEXT.JS) **Remote! (Must have a creative modern eye, with strong design skills.)
As a Frontend Developer at TieTalent, you will evolve in the heart of our Engineering team. You’ll report directly to our CTO to deliver powerful, scalable user experiences impacting over 250,000+ registered users.


Responsibilities:
• Develop: Build and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant web interfaces using React.js and Next.js for a platform serving millions of users per month.
• Innovate: Implement modern UI/UX features and new tools/pages, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for career growth platform users.
• Optimize: Drive improvements in web performance and SEO, ensuring fast load times and excellent visibility.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers in an agile environment to deliver new features and tools.
• Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable frontend code, adhering to best practices and using testing tools like Cypress or React Testing Library.


Qualifications/Required Skills Needed to Apply: (Only apply if you tick the must-have boxes below.)
• 3+ years of professional Frontend Development experience (must!)
• English C1+ (fluent) as a spoke language (must!)
• Strong usage of React.js and Next.js, with a focus on building scalable, performant, and modern UI/UX. (must!)
• Experience creating exceptional user experiences with a modern, western design mindset (UX/UI focus). (must!)
• ---
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, SSR/SSG (Next.js).
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, and CSS-in-JS tools.
• Hands-on experience with responsive web design and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (ex. Cypress) to ensure code quality.
• Completed MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering
