Stellenbeschreibung

You will give our guests a wonderful start to their day with your smile and service during breakfast and evening hours. Your tasks include:

• Preparation and setup of the breakfast buffet and/or lounge bar
• Ensuring smooth and efficient service flow and implementing the Motel One Lounge & Breakfast concept "One Smile"
• Supporting the organization of breakfast and evening service
• Gaining cross-departmental insights through collaboration in our multicultural teams

Qualifikationen

Whether as a hotel professional or a career changer – you fit in with us! Personality and hosting qualities are our top priorities. Additionally, you should possess:

• Training in hotel management or experience in hospitality/food service, or interest in a career change
• Open, communicative demeanor
• Hosting qualities and passion for the hotel industry
• Flexibility, creativity, and a high-quality mindset even in stressful situations
