• Monitoring and managing the implementation of FTTX rollout projects (FTTH, FTTB, etc.)
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and internal teams on site
• Ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and cost targets
• Conducting site meetings and coordinating with authorities, utility companies, and customers
• Documenting construction progress and reporting to project management
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical standards
