**In a nutshell**
Weu2019re seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong database expertise to join our team.
In this role, youu2019ll begin by maintaining and enhancing our existing low-code applications built on Caspio. This will be a short-term transition phase, as the primary long-term focus of the role will be developing a fully custom, scalable solution using Microsoft stack and Azure.
The ideal candidate can comfortably work in a low-code environment at the start, and is motivated to build a robust, cloud-native data-driven application from the ground up in the next phase of our development.
**Key Responsibilities**
**In the short term:**
Maintain and enhance our existing Caspio applications.
Create, modify, and optimize workflows, data models, and interfaces within Caspio.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for business users.
**In the long term:**
Plan and design the migration from Caspio to a custom Azure-based solution.
Design, build and deploy a new database.
Develop scalable backend services and APIs.
Build and maintain a modern, user-friendly frontend application.
Ensure data security, compliance and system reliability by implementing best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience & Mindset
Bacheloru2019s or masteru2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
2-4 years of experience as a full stack developer with skills in the Microsoft stack
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (schema design, optimization, stored procedures, etc.). Familiarity with MS SQL Server/ Azure SQL database is a plus
Backend development experience with C#/ .NET Core/ .NET framework, or similar
Experience designing and consuming APIs (RESTful APIs, Web APIs, integration with third-party systems)
Experience with modern frontend frameworks - React, Angular, Blazor, or similar
**Nice to have:**
Familiarity with Caspio or other low-code platforms
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its services (App Services, Storage, Key Vault, etc.)
Knowledge of Business Intelligence/ ETL/ Reporting is a plus

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and document systems
Proactive in identifying issues, proposing solutions, and improving workflows
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable learning new technologies quickly and adapting to changing requirements
