Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team as soon as possible. You are an open-minded, fast learner who likes to work independently.

The Role:

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will:

• Develop and enhance features for our Loansweeper Platform
• Collaborate directly with founding partners who are experts in capital markets, machine learning, and software engineering
• Design and implement sophisticated API integrations
• Participate in technical architecture discussions
• Contribute to our machine learning initiatives
• Shape our engineering best practices via SOLID, DRY, KISS, IoC, and design patterns

Your Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in software development
• Solid foundation in Python and React, FastAPI, and AWS
• Experience with REST APIs and modern web development
• Solid understanding of software development principles (SOLID, DRY)
• Proven track record shipping production code
• Excellent communication skills in English

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with AWS services
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Node.js or FastAPI
• Strong understanding of systems
• Interest in financial technology
