Senior Java & React Developer – Modern Stack | €400/day Remote EU + Luxembourg Onsite (1 week/month) We’re looking for a contractor with strong Java and React experience to support the development of key trading interface systems within a highly regulated financial environment. Join a forward-thinking project running through to April, with a tech stack that includes Java 17, Spring Boot 3, ReactJS, REST APIs, Kafka, and Azure DevOps. What you’ll do:Design and implement new UI features in ReactConnect the frontend with both REST APIs and Kafka-based endpointsWrite and run behavioural test cases to meet strict pre-trade compliance rulesAlign regularly with business teams to refine requirementsContribute to repeatable, automated setups and robust documentation What we’re looking for:10+ years of Java development experience in corporate environmentsSolid experience with Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practicesComfortable with REST, Kafka, and UI-backend integrationStrong English skills and a Master’s in STEM (or equivalent professional experience)Nice to have:Java 17, Spring Boot 3, ReactJS, Azure DevOps, relational databases Contract Details:Remote from within the EU with 1 week/month onsite in Luxembourg€400/day for remote; onsite full-time rate negotiable If interested, please apply!
