Overview

Our client is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join its cloud services group. This role involves building high-quality web applications with a focus on frontend development, while also supporting backend APIs and cloud-based deployments. You'll be involved across the full development lifecycle - from architecture to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive UIs with strong UX and accessibility standards.
Support backend API development with Node.js and MongoDB.
Deploy and manage services in Kubernetes environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning and delivery.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows.
Troubleshoot performance issues and uphold code quality.
Apply secure coding practices and document technical solutions.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to regular team discussions.

Requirements

Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of full stack development, with strong frontend focus.
Experience with: React, Redux, Webpack, Node.js, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD tools.
Skilled in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiar with continuous integration and release practices.
Strong problem solver, able to work independently.
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
Eager to learn and adopt new technologies.
Comfortable in agile, collaborative environments.
