Fullstack Software Engineer (m/w/d)

Join our client Emidat and help them build their digital infrastructure for sustainable product decisions in industries worldwide.

Emidat is on a mission to make sustainability measurable, comparable, and actionable. Their platform helps companies in energy-intensive industries calculate and manage product-level emissions based on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) standards – quickly, transparently, and at scale. As a Product Engineer (Fullstack), you’ll take ownership – of features, of quality, and of the full technical journey from backend logic to frontend experience.

Emidat is currently in an exciting phase of growth and evolution – and this is your chance to play a key role in shaping what’s next. You’ll work hand in hand with the product team – including CTO, designers, and other engineers – to conceptualize, build, and ship the first features of a dedicated product team focused on turning environmental data into real business value.

Someone who thrives in early-stage environments, gets things done, and wants to contribute holistically – not just code, but also product direction, team culture and long-term vision.

• Work end-to-end across frontend and backend to deliver high-quality features with real user impact
• Translate business goals and user needs into pragmatic technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with product management and design to shape product direction
• Iterate quickly based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback
• Help establish a scalable architecture and development processes for a growing product team
• Bring your voice and expertise into every step of the product development process

• 3+ years of software development experience with proficiency in high-level languages (Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, …)
• Proven track record of delivering products or features from scratch in fast-paced environments
• Comfort with both backend and frontend development, ideally with experience in FastAPI and React
• A strong product mindset: you think beyond the code and care about user experience and business value
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and ability to move fast based on user feedback
• A hands-on, builder mentality: you’re comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and learning on the go
• Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
