The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional Fundraising Partner to join our founding team and lead our capital raising efforts. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of decentralized work while building significant equity value in a high-potential startup.




What You'll Do

• Lead fundraising strategy across all stages (seed, Series A, and beyond)
• Build relationships with VCs, angel investors, and blockchain-focused funds
• Craft compelling pitch decks and investment materials
• Navigate due diligence processes and negotiate term sheets
• Develop investor pipeline and maintain ongoing investor relations
• Collaborate closely with founders on strategic vision and growth planning
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities



What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully raising $2M+ for blockchain/Web3 startups
• 3+ years experience in venture capital, investment banking, or startup fundraising
• Deep network of relationships with crypto/blockchain investors and funds
• Understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, and decentralized marketplace dynamics
• Strong communication skills with ability to tell compelling stories to investors
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with equity-only compensation structure

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience with marketplace or creator economy startups
• Background in product development or technical roles
• Track record of successful exits or IPOs
• Angel investing experience
• Strong presence in Web3 communities

Compensation Structure
