About The Job
As a GenAI Innovation & Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving the strategic direction of Generative AI within Allianz Technology SE, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision and business objectives. You will play a key role in identifying and implementing innovative GenAI strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth across global markets. You will oversee the introduction of GenAI tools, ensuring integration and value maximization. Collaborate with global teams to establish best practices, manage expectations, and drive innovation in AI.
What You Do
- Coordinate and drive global (Gen)AI initiative, strategic projects and solutions with the target to enhance impactful and scalable AI solutions
- Coordinate with our AI partner teams in Allianz's local entities to scale AI solutions to local businesses.
- Develop and execute strategies to embed Generative AI into Allianz Technology SE’s core operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term goals.
- Spearhead initiatives that leverage GenAI to optimize processes, elevate customer satisfaction, and support business expansion on a global scale.
- Drive the successful deployment and adoption of AI tools across various business functions, ensuring their seamless integration and maximum impact.
- Collaborate with diverse global teams to create frameworks and guidelines that facilitate the effective use of AI solutions across the organization.
- Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and championing a culture of AI-driven transformation and innovation.
- Continuously explore evolving AI trends and technologies to identify potential improvements and strategic opportunities.
- Represent the global AI solutions and initiatives to senior stakeholders
What You Bring
- Master’s degree with an excellent final grade in Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in leading Generative AI projects across multiple industry domains, with a focus on strategic implementation and innovation.
- Demonstrated executive-level experience in managing and driving technology initiatives, preferably within finance and insurance sectors.
- Analytical thinking, a quick grasp of complex concepts, and strong self-organization skills.
- Superior communication skills, capable of articulating technical and non-technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, particularly with C-Level management
- Deep understanding of AI trends and technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and exploration of strategic opportunities.
