Your New Role

• You will responsibly develop and operate a GenAI platform and use cases, mainly on cloud and on-premises, laying the foundation for innovative AI applications.

• You will thoughtfully scale and optimize solutions through reusable components, pipelines, APIs, and governance for internal and customer-facing use cases across various departments. Your structured approach ensures sustainable solutions.

• You will carefully select and evaluate GenAI solutions, tools, frameworks, and models, integrating them harmoniously into existing data infrastructure and hybrid IT landscapes, balancing new technologies with proven systems.

• You will empathetically lead interdisciplinary GenAI teams consisting of ML engineers, data engineers, DevOps, UX, and subject matter experts, fostering collaboration and team cohesion.

• You will mentor technical talents, supporting the development of best practices and enabling sustainable learning and personal growth through your warm approach to knowledge transfer.

What Will Excite You

• Your degree in computer science, machine learning, computational linguistics, or a related field, along with extensive experience in implementing and scaling AI and GenAI use cases, excites us. Practical experience with platforms completes your profile.

• Deep technical expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, RAG, agentic) and a good understanding of architecture convince us. Your intuitive understanding of data and AI distinguishes you.

• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, PyTorch), APIs, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) will earn you points. Your versatile technical skills complement our team perfectly.

• Experience in technical team leadership and managing complex AI projects in agile, interdisciplinary environments impresses us. You value harmonious collaboration and shared goal pursuit.

• Familiarity with industry standards and the secure operation of AI applications in production, along with experience in governance topics around Generative AI, are important. Your careful handling of traceability, bias, security, and data protection fully convinces us.
