AI Futures are retained exclusively to find a hands-on GenAI Solution Engineer for one of Germany's most exciting AI scale ups.

The Company
The company are a growing and extremely exciting German AI company, with a product that is already generating significant revenues and the organisation is profitable. The company integrates GenAI solutions for various clients and experiencing significant demand due to the unique nature of their products. The next chapter in their growth story is to expand their GenAI function with high-potential engineers.

The Role

• Design customised GenAI solutions from ideation to delivery and implementation
• Create rapid PoCs and prototypes and fine-tune them according to performance and customer feedback
• Integrate cutting edge AI models into scalable system architectures
• Engage with customers and translate requirements into technical solutions

The Candidate

• 1-3 years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python and growing production TypeScript development
• Proven experience delivering GenAI applications into production
• Experience with GenAI frameworks and tools (LlamaIndex, LangChain, HuggingFace etc)
• Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience delivering scalable system architectures and ability to deliver robust AI solutions
• Fluent English and preference for fluent German
• 3 days per week in the office in Munich OR remote from other areas of Germany
