Your tasks

Business Leadership & Strategy: Drive the turnaround of the H+L business, ensuring profitability exceeds % EBIT.

Define, implement, and continuously update a mid- to long-term global strategy for the H+L business unit.

Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, particularly expanding business outside Europe with a strong focus on the APAC region.

Lead initiatives to streamline the product portfolio, eliminate redundancies, and optimize organizational structure and headcount.

Operational Excellence: Ensure synergies between H+L sites and central Voith functions are fully leveraged to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Promote and lead product and process innovation to secure Voith’s technological and market leadership.

Oversee site-level operations at VTHL (Rutesheim, Germany) and provide functional leadership for VTIV-MI (Milan, Italy), VTHB (Neuheim, Switzerland), and direct leadership of VTFI (Ahmedabad, India).
