German digital marketing agent in Lisbon (Hybrid)

Programmatic Specialist (German-speaking) Lisbon or Remote (within Portugal)

Position: Full‑time

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote within Portugal possible)

Salary: €39,000–€44,000 per year + €5,000 language bonus (fluent German)

Relocation Bonus: Support for moving to Portugal, including housing and administrative assistance.

We are looking for an experienced Programmatic Specialist with strong German language skills to support our Digital‑Marketing team. You can work from our modern office in Lisbon or remotely from anywhere in Portugal. Your primary responsibility is to plan, implement, and optimise programmatic campaigns for our DACH clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns for DACH region clients.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise bidding, targeting and creatives based on data.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creatives, analytics, account managers) to ensure alignment and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new DSP features and best practices in programmatic advertising.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign ROI.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German; good command of English.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, DSPs, and programmatic buying.
• Previous work in a marketing or media agency (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven approach and attention to detail.
• Structured work style and collaborative, team‑spirit attitude.
