📌 About Us

We are supporting a well-known German company in expanding its sales force. To achieve this, we are looking for a German-speaking Recruiting Specialist who can contact pre-qualified leads by phone and guide them into the application process.



🎯 Your Role


• Call warm, pre-qualified leads (jobseekers who already showed interest in a sales role)
• Explain the opportunity in a clear and professional way (scripts and German texts will be provided)
• Motivate candidates to attend a personal meeting with the district manager of their region
• Collect the candidate’s CV and obtain their consent to proceed with the recruitment process
• Document call outcomes and maintain structured records (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM)



✅ Requirements


• Native or fluent German (C1–C2) – excellent phone communication skills
• Experience in recruiting, telesales, or phone-based customer interaction
• Persuasive, structured, and friendly approach to handling calls
• Reliable internet and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills to keep track of candidates and call results



💼 Nice to Have


• Prior experience in recruiting or staffing in Germany
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, or CRM systems
• Background in sales-related industries is a plus



🎁 What We Offer


• 💰 Compensation: $USD 15-20/hr depending on experience
• 🕒 Workload: Flexible, approx. 15 hours per week
• 🌍 Remote work – calls can be made from anywhere
• 🚀 Clear scripts and German texts will be provided (you can work in English on the backend, we adapt materials into German)
