My team and I are looking for a new colleague (m/w/d) who will join us and support our customer service agents (100% remote job).

We are a German-based company (remote first) with over 500+ clients and 25+ colleagues, now further expanding.


Job Requirements
We are looking for a friendly and communicative person who wants to work 30-40 hours per week for us.

Your daily tasks include:
• Making 100 - 150 dials
• Conducting approximately 30 - 50 phone calls every day with house buyers who are looking for a matching home.
• Making a warm intro, asking for a few details, and when qualified, setting an appointment with one of our specialists.
No worry: You don't have to do any sales or cold calls - promised :)

We guarantee a professional onboarding into your role via our learning platform (videos, checklists, scripts) and your own mentor.


Important Note
Please note that this job requires fluent German skills (since you will be calling house buyers in Germany).
