    Are looking for a 100% fully remote role where you can grow and take on responsibilities from your home office? Are you an Outbound SDR specialist or have super skills in Outbound marketing ?

    We’re searching for a German-speaking SDR with strong communication and client-handling skills to join our expanding DACH team. If you're ready to own client outcomes, grow relationships, and gradually step into more responsibility as we scale, this role is the right one for you.


    Join Our DACH Growth Team: Trailblazer SDR/Outbound Marketing Opportunity

    While this role starts as an SDR with client-facing responsibilities, there is clear potential for growth and stepping into more responsibility based on your performance and team needs. We have an established DACH team that's ready for the next phase of expansion, and we're searching for a German-speaking SDR who can:

    • Run high-performing multichannel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn)
    • Handle client expectations and relationships across the DACH region
    • Support project pitching and closing together with our senior team
    • Contribute ideas and best practices to improve our outbound performance

    Who are you ?
    • Fluent in German (spoken & written) with professional English proficiency
    • You have proven experience in B2B prospecting and inside sales, with a strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
    • You understand agency life and can manage client expectations
    • Strong communication and organizational skills — you’re both a doer and a listener
    • You’ve worked in or with the tech/IT industry
    • You're a self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial drive and a results-oriented mindset
    • You have team leadership experience (this is a plus and not mandatory)
    • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and delivering premium services to demanding clients
    • You can work as a freelancer (invoicing monthly)
    • You're available to work in Central European Time zone
