Join us at Stolle Industries as we seek a Geschäftsführer (m/w/d) Geschäftsbereich Elektrotechnik & TGA to lead our team. Our young corporate group, established in 2018, aims to make cities smarter and more sustainable by advancing building automation and balancing nature, humans, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business growth in electrical planning and network technology.
• Build partnerships and acquire projects that have long-term impact beyond individual contracts.
• Drive sales strategy and growth, manage business results, develop customer relationships, and lead market activities.
• Advance technological standards to improve quality and efficiency, including digital standards and BIM processes.
• Identify market trends and emerging opportunities, and develop a future-oriented vision for the company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Energy Technology, or similar.
• Experience in TGA project planning and execution, with leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and codes (VDE, VOB, GEG, HOAI).
• Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to grow into a leadership role.
• Familiarity with tools like EPLAN, Revit, MagiCAD, and BIM environments.
• Leadership qualities, communication skills, and a trust-based approach.
• Passion for TGA and building automation as fields for innovation and future development.
