We are seeking a professional to join our Investment Banking team in Munich, utilizing their skills and ideas to contribute to Goldman Sachs' success.

Role Responsibilities

Our Associates are crucial in developing client relationships, participating in advisory teams, and executing a range of financial transactions. Their tasks include creating financial models, preparing client presentations, managing transaction processes, and structuring deals. They gain exposure to various business areas, enhancing their analytical, communication, and marketing skills.

Associates develop financial models, perform company valuations, and participate in M&A transactions, as well as fixed income and equity offerings. They prepare industry trend presentations, analyze client situations to provide financial advice, and suggest strategies to meet client objectives. They also coordinate with tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers, lead due diligence, and negotiate legal documents. From maintaining client communication to structuring transactions, Associates are vital to Goldman Sachs' banking team.
