Global Corporate Citizenship Manager (ESG) (m/w/d) In Germany - Berlin | Bonn | Cologne | Frankfurt/Main | Hamburg | Munich

Our internal Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) team plays a key role in Simon-Kucher’s commitment to social and environmental goals that go beyond profit maximization, building relationships with internal teams and external entities. How you will create an impact:

• You manage and coordinate internal stakeholder groups such as our global network of 42 local ESG captains and corresponding projects such as local initiatives, global donations, CV.
• You will develop a comprehensive corporate citizenship strategy to align business activities with the company's objectives.
• Part of your responsibility is to increase employee engagement and utilize relevant communication channels for employees, customers, and other stakeholders, while also gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Steering the internal and external ESG-communication is a key aspect of your role.
• You develop and manage internal ESG events/employee engagement initiatives such as our yearly impact week.
• You manage the process around the introduction of an IT-based corporate volunteering platform.
• You are actively engaged in supporting with the annual ESG report.
About you:

• A bachelor’s degree is a requirement; having an advanced degree is desirable for this role.
• You have at least 7 years of work experience, concentrating on social concerns within a corporate environment.
• Any experience in internal and/or external communications would be an advantage.
• Your proficiency with Microsoft Office software is essential.
• To excel in this role, you need influential communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• You can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Your ability to manage stakeholders across diverse groups (employees, internal teams, external organizations, and the wider public) is crucial.
• You possess a keen attention to detail in your everyday tasks, enjoy working with a diverse team of people, and are a self-starter with a strong commitment to social responsibility.
