The Position

• Professional and organizational leadership of the IT team in an international environment
• Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global IT strategy
• Management and optimization of IT infrastructure and IT security
• Preparation and analysis of meaningful KPIs as well as management reports for the executive board
• Responsibility for IT processes, governance, and compliance
• Management and execution of international IT projects (e.g., site expansion, firewalls, VPN)
• Development and management of strategic IT services and systems
• Responsibility for IT procurement, license management, and SaaS contracts
• Professionalization of IT support (1st and 2nd level)

Your Profile

• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable IT management role
• Strong expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and support
• Experience in managing international IT projects and locations
• Proficient in KPI development as well as solid knowledge of IT process management
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, network engineering, and IT architectures
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Business-fluent English, both spoken and written
