You process payroll in various countries while ensuring compliance with local tax, labour, and social security laws, including India, Germany, the US, the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, Romania, Poland, France, Spain, and Switzerland
You liaise with external payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, Deel, Paylocity) and internal finance team
You prepare and check payroll inputs, including bonuses, variable pay, sick leave, benefits, and time tracking data
You ensure timely payment of salaries and bonuses after deductions by collaborating with the CFO and Global Accounting Manager
You consolidate reports on wage taxes, social security, and mandatory reporting for all countries
You keep global employee records updated in HRIS platforms like HiBob, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors
You handle employment contracts, confirm job starts, and manage international HR correspondence, while supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes across all regions
You comply with GDPR and manage international benefits programs, including pension plans and training budgets
You monitor and implement changes in international labour laws and payroll regulations
You prepare audit and finance reports. Help with HR and payroll audits

Qualifications:
You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in payroll and HR administration for various countries across the global
You have profound knowledge of payroll, tax, and social insurance laws, especially for German
You have sound experience and the willingness to deal with international processes, authorities, and local requirements in various countries
You are fluent in German and have strong English communication skill
You have experience in the setup of an HR tool landscape
You are experienced working with global payroll solutions (e.g., Papaya Global) and international HR
You pay attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
You have experience in a fast-paced, international, and constantly changing environment
You have strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration
You are familiar with digital document handling and e-signature workflow
You pay attention to detail and accuracy
You have strong organisational and time management skills
You have cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a global environment
You have Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with payroll software
