Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your mission

For us, HR goes far beyond traditional processes. We are looking for you - a strategic thinker with a real desire to shape things. As a HR Business Partner, you will be where the pulse is: in direct sparring with our managers. You drive culture, performance and development. And turn ideas into real change.

You are a sparring partner, source of inspiration, coach and challenger for our national and international management teams - at eye level and with vision. You actively support strategic changes and their operational implementation, growth scenarios and cultural change. You initiate and support the digitalization and automation of non-standard HR topics. At the same time, you support the processing of employment contracts and contract amendments - with a clear focus on efficiency and quality. You bring our HR processes to a global level and thus contribute to the professionalization and harmonization of international HR standards. You analyze future personnel needs and skills requirements of your specialist departments and derive targeted measures from this in close cooperation with Talent Acquisition. You work closely with international stakeholders and our works council and bring perspectives to global projects. You are a driver for a modern, agile and performance-oriented working environment.

Your profile

• A degree with a focus on HR, business psychology, business administration or related fields
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role with a focus on fast-moving business units
• Confident manner, hands-on mentality and strong consulting skills
• Experience in change management, organizational development and working with C-level executives
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR management
• Empathy, strong communication skills and a desire to move things forward
• Very good German and English skills, knowledge of French is a plus
