Global Mobility Consultant
Stellenbeschreibung:

    An exciting opportunity has just become available for a Global Mobility Coordinator to join a global business in Dusseldorf.

    This position would suit a professional with some experience working within Global Mobility, Relocation, or HR sectors, providing quality support and dedication to ensuring the relocation process runs smoothly.

    After probation, 2 days WFH each week will be introduced.

    Responsibilities :

    • Communicating with corporate clients and their relocating assignees in both German and English.
    • Obtaining work and residence permits and registrations with the relevant authorities.
    • Scheduling appointments for transferees at registration and immigration authorities.
    • Handling all contractual obligations for arriving expatriates.
    • Coordinating destination and moving services with freelance relocation consultants, ensuring they are fully briefed.
    • Providing clients with copies of registrations, tax cards, work, and residence permits.
    • Coordinating temporary housing and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
    • Building trusting working relationships with clients and assignees before, during, and after relocation.
    • Dealing with expatriates' concerns and questions professionally and empathetically.

    Skills and Experience :

    • Previous experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, or Destination Services/Relocation sector.
    • Some exposure to Global Mobility and experience dealing with expatriates.
    • First-hand relocation experience is advantageous.
    • Enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
    • Professional German and English language skills.
    • Awareness of registration, employment, and residency laws.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to interact well with high-profile clients.
    • The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and conscientious, with a high standard of attention to detail.
    • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
