Overview

Our client is the world's leading supplier of automatic test equipment for the semiconductor and telecommunication industry. They provide test and measurement tools for research and development and assurance of product quality. Location: Böblingen. We are seeking a Global Program Manager HR Transformation (m/f/d).

Type of contract: unlimited permanent position direct with our client

Responsibilities

  • Your role will focus on Global Human Capital transformation projects as well as other cross-functional initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with business process champions and the business process architecture team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maximize business value delivery, enabling stakeholders to understand and assess the impact of end-to-end processes and make informed decisions in a timely manner.
  • Drive and lead project teams, ensuring collaboration between internal teams and customers to achieve smooth and timely execution across all project phases.
  • Develop and present business cases, focusing on value generation and ROI.
  • Define and implement the Target Operating Model covering process, data, governance, tools/solutions, and organizational structure.
  • Manage the evaluation, selection, and implementation of tools and solutions.
  • Lead in- and external communication efforts across all project stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute change management strategies to ensure adoption and sustainability.
  • Oversee the stabilization phase, validate project outcomes, and ensure successful project sign-off.

Your Profile

  • Experience in effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the recipients of the deliverables.
  • Background in Human Capital (e.g., HR, organizational development).
  • Competency in Diversity & Inclusion management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Solid project management skills, including practical application of tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in selection and/or implementation of HR Software, e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong teamwork abilities – capable of leading cross-functional, cross-business teams.
  • Ability to translate requirements into actionable items.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience in Change Management is a plus.
  • Certifications in business or process analysis like Lean Six Sigma are nice to have.
  • Strong global communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel once a quarter.
