Position Overview

The Global Sales Training Analyst is responsible for leveraging data analytics, reporting, and forecasting to enhance the effectiveness of the Global Sales Training and Sales Development department at DHL Express. This role focuses on producing insightful reports, maintaining the Sales Academy platform, supporting sales development initiatives, and analyzing the link between KPIs and business performance to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve the visibility and deployment efficiency of our Sales Academy across all sales roles.
• Provide critical support for the Drive SLNB initiatives by producing detailed coaching reports and tracking SLNB KPIs.
• Provide insights into the correlation between sales performance and the effectiveness of training reinforcement modules.
• Leverage STELLAR data on the new sales process aligned with the buying process and DC2 usage to demonstrate the ROI of the SLNB initiatives.
