Overview

The Global Senior Manager, Creative Services is a hands‑on creative leader responsible for translating brand strategy into impactful, on‑brand visuals across all marketing channels. This role actively creates and manages Marcom assets, branded templates, the global brand portal, and provides creative direction for photoshoots and video production. The Senior Manager also manages the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and Vodori approval workflows to ensure global accessibility and compliance. While external agencies may support execution, the Senior Manager remains deeply involved in asset creation and maintains full creative oversight and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership & Brand Design – Lead and execute the visual translation of brand strategy into compelling creative assets. Develop high‑quality designs that reflect brand positioning and support strategic marketing goals.
  • Creative Asset Development – Create and maintain global Marcom assets, including brochures, presentations, visuals, templates, videos, and sales tools. Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards across all formats. Manage the marketing material approval process via Vodori to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Video Production & Editing – Conceptualize, direct, and edit engaging video content for marketing and brand storytelling. Use professional video editing tools to produce polished, on‑brand videos that resonate with target audiences.
  • Brand Consistency – Safeguard the integrity of the brand’s visual and tonal elements across all materials and touchpoints. Enforce adherence to brand guidelines to maintain consistent messaging and imagery globally.
  • Templates, Brand Portal & Photoshoots – Design and maintain branded templates and the global brand portal to support scalable usage. Lead the planning and creative direction of brand photoshoots aligned with marketing needs.
  • Agency Partnership – Collaborate with external creative agencies for asset production when needed, ensuring quality, consistency, and cost efficiency. Maintain creative control and ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Showpad Strategy & Enablement – Elevate the global structure and strategic use of Showpad to support storytelling and sales enablement. Conduct ongoing analysis of asset usage to identify high‑performing content and ensure the delivery of best‑in‑class marketing materials that empower sales teams to tell compelling, consistent stories.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects or other relevant software).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in creative services, marketing communications, or brand design, ideally in a B2B or MedTech environment.
  • Proven expertise in visual storytelling, brand execution, and asset development incl. video content creation with a deep understanding of brand consistency, design systems, and regulatory‑compliant marketing practices.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or medical technology is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience collaborating with external agencies and internal stakeholders to drive high‑quality creative outcomes while balancing cost, timelines, and brand standards.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, global environment.
