Penta Consulting is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our global operations team on a part-time basis.
If you're passionate about delivering world-class service across our customers in the telecoms and IT industry. You will be responsible for helping to support our operations team and global customers.


Responsibilities:
• Manage service delivery for our telecom and IT customers worldwide.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Track SLAs, KPIs and manage escalations as needed.
• Coordinate closely with internal technical support teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports and service reviews.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiencies across service delivery.


What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in telecoms, IT or managed services.
• Strong understanding of service management.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask across multiple time zones.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
