Your Role

• Coordinate the development and implementation of digitalization projects to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and scalability and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using data analytics

• Implementation and coordination of outsourced SWAP handling, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the process for customer satisfaction

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers & certified partners to ensure alignment with business and quality objectives

• Implement supplier performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and evaluate supplier effectiveness and efficiency

• Support audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve exceptional product reliability and compliance with company and regulatory standards

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Advanced years of relevant professional experience with reference in Production and Supply Chain Management in the manufacturing industry combined with first touchpoints with supplier audits and delivering reliable measures to improve supplier performance

• Competencies in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBi), experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) is a plus

• Ability to build networks and keenness to work in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team

• Service oriented mindset to provide a strategic vision and hands-on contribution to achieve goals and to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement

• Excellent communication skills in German and English as well as flexibility to travel
