Since our founding in 2023, we’ve raised €12M from top global VCs (General Catalyst, Owl Ventures, noa & others) and built strong revenue traction (€4–5M) through our integrated service delivery business.
Now, we’re scaling our partnership model – and we’re seeking a Go‑To‑Market Lead (m/f/d) who will take ownership of helping our partner craft businesses (Handwerksbetriebe & Neugründungen) grow their top line. This role is crucial to the success of smalt’s business – only if our partners are successful themselves will smalt be able to grow its revenue share model. The role combines commercial strategy, marketing experimentation, and hands‑on activation to make our partners successful. You’ll work at the intersection of operations, marketing, and technology – driving growth, testing playbooks, and shaping how Smalt empowers trades entrepreneurs to scale.
